We set up a no-obligation full assessment of your care needs in the comfort of your own home. Our team can also conduct interviews with your loved ones to determine how we can best assist you. This evaluation will allow us to develop your care plan. A care plan is designed by you to meet your specific needs.
Your care can even begin right away. We are available if you are in a crisis and require immediate assistance. You can contact a care supervisor or our support team at any time if you need help with anything. The care supervisor will ensure that your care plan is up to date and that any changes you request are reflected.
Our carers have been vetted to ensure that they are capable of caring for you. They are fully trained and have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide quality care and support. Our care management team will be there to help them and give them ongoing training to make sure that you or your loved one only gets high-quality care.
We recognise that continuity is a critical component of high-quality care. You will be paired with a regular carer who is familiar with your care requirements. A familiar face who will notice and care about any changes in your condition and will know how to treat it. Your carer will visit you at the agreed-upon time, and if they are unable to do so for any reason, we will arrange for a familiar replacement.
We conduct regular evaluations of the care we provide to you. This keeps our care team informed of your current care needs, health needs, and personal preferences. Your feedback on your care plan is relayed to the care management team for action. They will ensure that all tasks in your care plan are completed to your specifications.
