OUR CARERS

All of our carers are thoroughly screened, trained, and monitored. We hire people who have a strong desire to help others and the social skills necessary to provide a positive experience for you or a loved one. Our typical carer is mature and has personal or professional caregiving experience.

Potential carers must complete a personality profile assessment. We will thoroughly evaluate and interview them to determine their attitudes and styles toward home care.

They will be required to provide at least three references and will be subjected to DBS checks, which will include criminal records and sexual abuse registries, among other things. Before we hire them, they must also perform well in our orientation training session.
